I am lucky enough to live next to the sea, south of the lovely market town of Chichester, West Sussex.
I started making jewellery about 10 years ago after the sudden death of my husband. It took the edge of my grief and occupied my mind. I found I enjoyed putting colours together. My jewellery gradually evolved and I experimented with different mediums. I eventually started using semi precious gemstones and I was hooked. I love the tactile feel of gemstones. I incorporate them in silver or use them on their own.
I especially love to make big bold statement pieces. My designs are usually unique “one offs” and therefore no danger of bumping into someone else wearing the same piece.
I do of course appreciate that not everyone likes large statement necklaces, so I also have a collection of dainty jewellery.
I sell through craft fairs, art trails and Weald and Downland Christmas Fairs as well as through Facebook and this website. My pieces range in price from just £15 through to the more precious gemstones priced at around £100. The more expensive items are made with sterling silver clasps.
